CleanScan is a facility management platform that provides real-time tracking and verification of cleaning and maintenance tasks through NFC and QR code technology.

The Service includes web and mobile applications, reporting tools, and related features designed to improve accountability and transparency in facilities management.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify CleanScan of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or CleanScan cancels it.

You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate CleanScan, a CleanScan employee, another user, or any other person or entity
In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elisson Holdings LLC and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Elisson Holdings LLC.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You retain all rights to any data you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
